The fermented mash is doubly distilled slowly with great care in superb copper stills. The Eau de Vie develops intense headnotes and highly characteristic, delicate flavors.
Intimating a subtle scent of plum, aeration augments the aroma to a stony delight. Entry is sweet, ripe, and intensely plum. The midpalate is long, medium-fat, and oily. A crescendo with a tip of spirit on the tongue and a delectable ripeness, engaging and pleasingly sweet.
